Bio: I was born in Greensboro NC and was inspired to play by Diana Taurasi. I had back surgery at the age of 13 due to scoliosis and had to sit out my freshmen year of high school. I was moved up to Varsity from the JV team mid season of sophomore year.

 

I had no scholarship to play on a collegiate level, but earned a spot on the women’s basketball team at Fayetteville State University. I would earn a scholarship the following years and became a CIAA champion in 2010.
